Chartwells is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations, delivering exceptional food experiences while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires at least two years in catering, proven team leadership, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. Compass Group UK&I values progression, a supportive environment, and recognises staff that go beyond the plate.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience as a minimum.
• Experience leading and supervising teams in a catering setting.
• Holding a Basic Food Hygiene certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards and ensure quality across service counters.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and service.
• Liaise with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and protect brand image.
• Coordinate between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams, lead from the front to drive performance.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
