Places for People is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations at our centre in Morpeth. You will ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service while managing staffing, recruitment and inductions.

You will maintain stock control and reporting, organise training to achieve a five-star Food Hygiene Rating, and support a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a catering team in a busy environment.
• Background in preparing food, ordering stock and monitoring stock levels.
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of health & safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day catering activities within the centre.
• Ensure cleaning and food standard policies are followed and training delivered.
• Identify recruitment needs and induct new starters into the business.
• Create monthly stocktake spreadsheets and maintain stock records.
• Maintain a five-star Food Hygiene Rating through staff training.
