Job summary

Contract Options in Northampton is seeking Catering Staff to join a busy catering operation at a well-established distribution site. The role is Temporary to Permanent with hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, and opportunities to work weekends at enhanced rates.

You will support the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring high standards of food service, cleanliness and customer service are maintained, with responsibilities including food prep, service and kitchen duties.

We are currently recruiting for Catering Staff to join a busy catering operation based at a well-established and highly respected distribution site in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous catering or hospitality experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the client's team.

The Role

As a member of the Catering Team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day catering operation and ensuring high standards of food service, cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation and service of food and refreshments
• Assisting with general kitchen and catering duties
• Washing up and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas
• Keeping catering areas, equipment and utensils clean and organised
• Following all relevant food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a busy catering team
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers

Working Hours

The standard working hours are:

Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm

There may also be opportunities to work weekends, which are paid at enhanced rates.
