We are looking for a supervisor to be part of the Patient Service Team. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality range of facility services to patients, including Catering, Cleaning, and other associated services, maintaining a clean and safe environment efficiently and safely.

As an integral member of the ISS team, the Team Leader should support the Patient Services Managers in planning and delivering the service to support growth.

As a Patient Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Patient Service teams, reporting to the Patient Service Manager, and ensuring a full understanding of the service requirements and performance standards.

The Role

1. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Patient Services teams reporting to the Patient Services Managers.
2. Demonstrate understanding of the issues and opportunities facing the contract.
3. Ensure high standards of work and hygiene are maintained throughout the hospital, adhering to hygiene rules, regulations, dress codes, and staff behavior standards.
4. Establish and maintain clear standards to reflect the professional image of the company at all times.
5. Set and review team objectives in line with business goals.
