We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, capable of overseeing all catering and service operations for Eurest on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and contribute to delivering outstanding food experiences. • Mon: Nights
• Tues: Nights
• Weds: Nights
• Thurs: Nights
• Fri: Nights
• Sat: Nights
• Sun: Nights

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing high-quality food
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and service
• Monitoring KPIs and targets through regular communication with your line manager
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Acting as a liaison between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training team members to excel in their roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Have at least two years of catering experience
• Experience managing teams in similar roles
• Possess a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Be motivated and eager to upskill
