Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board in Carmarthen is seeking a motivated Catering Supervisor at Glangwili Hospital to oversee front line supervision within the department and support all catering staff delivering food service and production for staff, visitors and patients.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays. Welsh language ability is desirable; English and Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.

Based at Glangwili Hospital, you will have the day to day responsibility for providing front line supervision within the department and support all catering staff involved in food service and food production for staff, visitors and patients.
