Phoenix Resourcing Services is recruiting an experienced Catering Manager / Supervisor to oversee a busy catering operation at a professional site in Cambridge, delivering breakfast and lunch service for around 100–200 customers.

You will lead the catering team, ensure food safety and high standards of service, manage daily operations, and maintain stock levels in a fast-paced environment, with an ongoing assignment until the end of 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day catering operation and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and support the catering team, including baristas and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient kitchen and service operations.
• Help ensure breakfast and lunch services run efficiently and meet customer expectations.
