About the role

Job Type: Full time, part time, and flexible working options available. Our hours aren't 9am-5pm, so yours don't need to be either! We'll explore how to accommodate a great work/life balance during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and support profitable growth
  • Staying informed on market trends and sharing insights with customers and the business
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Adhering to our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity, championing diversity and inclusion
Minimum requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the food/catering sector (other sectors considered)
  • Understanding of the catering/food service market or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn about our products, club cards, and rewards
  • Ability to handle objections positively in challenging situations
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Good commercial awareness to support profitable decisions
