Qualifications

• Experience in managing, training and supporting a team.
• Ability to develop marketing and engagement plans.
• Passion for food and service with strong attention to detail.
• Provide professional catering service meeting client expectations.
• Experience commensurate with the role.
• Lead by example to motivate the team.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client to establish clear financial targets aligned with the budget.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial goals and work towards achieving them.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics, such as revenue, sales conversion rates, and average transaction value, to ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
• Monitor the work of all staff members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct appraisals to assess performance, identify training needs, and recognise employee potential.
• Foster a positive and motivated team culture that aligns with BaxterStorey’s values.
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets, standards, and relevant company and client information.
• Keep the staff well-informed about changes, updates, and expectations.
• Encourage open communication channels to gather feedback, suggestions, and insights from employees.
