Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 4 Technical Instructor for Wathwood Hospital in Rotherham. The role supports catering for up to 10 patients on The Lodges ward, assisting occupational therapists with group and individual activities within a 7-day service.

The post requires a catering qualification or equivalent experience, awareness of food safety, and willingness to work across production kitchen and 9-5 shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Formación

• GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent.
• Catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1/2) or equivalent.
• Experience in catering environment.
• Awareness of HACCP/food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Support catering provision on The Lodges for up to 10 patients.
• Assist Occupational Therapists in the development and delivery of group and individual activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Contribute to service development and complete administrative tasks as required.

Educación

GCSE/GCE English Language and Maths or equivalent

Catering qualification i.e. City & Guilds 706/1/2 or equivalent
