Qualifications

• Experience as a Catering Manager or Unit Manager in food & hospitality.
• Strong passion for food, service and hospitality.
• Good understanding of budgeting, P&L and financial management.
• Proven leadership, motivation and staff development skills.
• Confidence to build positive client relationships.
• Hands-on, organized approach to manage a busy operation.
• Full UK driving licence and transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day catering operation to ensure excellent quality, service and presentation.
• Deliver fresh, healthy and hearty meals across hot counter, salad and deli offers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and improve service.
• Develop and support the team through training and development.
• Manage budgets, stock control, costs and P&L performance to improve profitability.
• Maintain Health & Safety and allergen standards consistently.
• Drive continuous improvement to sustain high standards and customer satisfaction.
