The role requires Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality, strong leadership, budget control, and excellent customer service. You will build supplier relationships and drive standards across safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing contract catering operations and teams.
• Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent; unit management experience.
• Proven leadership skills to mentor and motivate chefs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Right to Work in the UK and DBS/Enhanced Security check readiness.
