Aramark UK is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead catering operations at Withington Girls' School in Manchester. You will drive exceptional food and service, oversee multiple sites, and ensure commercial success through strong financial and people management.

You will inspire high-performance teams, cultivate client relationships, ensure compliance and safety standards, and identify growth opportunities to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in catering, hospitality, or contract catering.
• Strong budget management and P&L accountability.
• Ability to lead, motivate and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer satisfaction focus.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety, HACCP, health and safety regulations.
