Aramark UK seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead a diverse catering operation in Maidstone, overseeing three outlets plus a Costa Coffee and cleaning services across multiple sites. The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large catering or facilities contracts.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management.
• Proven leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Work with Head Chef to manage stock, waste and production reviews.
• Champion customer service and drive sales via Marketing tools.
• Maintain RRP and tariffs per client/company requirements.
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance and approved suppliers.
• Line management of Team Leaders and chefs; supervise staff on site.
• Provide training per policies and health and safety requirements.
• Foster a training culture and succession planning.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and annual reviews.
