Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee our education-focused catering services on a part-time basis (30 hours per week), contracted to 43.6 weeks per year. Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee in-unit operations, inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs and targets with your line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Identify opportunities for new concepts to drive sales.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles.
