Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking an experienced Catering Manager for Ribble View care home in Preston. You will lead a team of cooks, plan menus to meet dietary needs, ensure food safety standards, and deliver nutritious meals that support residents' wellbeing.

You will work 30 hours per week with 3 x 10 hour shifts, 8am–6pm, weekend availability required, at a rate of £13.27 per hour. This role is based on site at Ribble View in Preston, UK.

Qualifications

• Preparing, cooking and serving meals.
• Develop menus based on residents' needs and preferences.
• Engage with residents to obtain meal feedback.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Complete records and keep checks up to date.
