Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Group is seeking a Catering Manager for Coronation Court in Cannock. You will lead the catering team to provide nutritious meals, develop menus to suit various dietary requirements, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations within budget and hygiene guidelines.

The role offers opportunities for training and progression within a supportive care-home environment, with weekends included in a full-time 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Cook with a flair for creating nutritious meals

• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification or working towards it
• Experience leading a catering/kitchen team
