Mount Charles is recruiting a Catering Manager for Northern Regional College, Newtownabbey. The role requires overseeing food preparation to HACCP standards, ensuring service readiness, and delivering exceptional customer service across the team.

Qualificações

• Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Experience in a similar catering/food service role.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to a high standard while HACCP rules are followed.
• Prepare service counters and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Lead the team to deliver service on time and to the highest standard.
• Handle purchasing, cash handling, and weekly trading records as required.
• Open and close all food outlets following company procedures.
