Job summary

Mount Charles in Holywood is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of service. This role requires previous experience in a fast-paced catering environment and knowledge of HACCP regulations.

You will manage food preparation, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to all facility users. The position offers 28 hours per week with weekends off and a variety of employee benefits, including annual leave and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
