Exemplar Health Care is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Jubilee Heights in Bury. In this role, you'll create and manage delicious, nutritious menus while leading the Catering Team in a brand new kitchen.

Qualifications

• Creative cook with experience in preparing nutritious meals for varied dietary requirements.
• Proven management experience in a catering or kitchen team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Prepare and serve food while ensuring food hygiene standards.
• Lead and manage the Catering Team and provide necessary support and training.
• Control stock and budget for catering supplies.
