Job summary

Exemplar Ltd. in Whitwick is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the kitchen team and deliver nourishing meals for varied dietary needs. You will develop menus, manage the kitchen daily, and ensure high standards of food hygiene and service.

You will oversee budget, supervise induction and training, and motivate staff to provide consistent, person-centred meals in a supportive environment. Previous care-sector leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a catering/kitchen team.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification or working towards it.
• Strong menu development and cost-control skills.
