Job summary

Astrea Academy Sheffield is seeking a Catering Manager to lead a team of cooks and catering assistants, planning menus with the central catering team and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

You will oversee food orders, budgets, HACCP records, and staff rotas, while delivering nutritious meals in a welcoming environment. The role is 37 hours/week during term time, with a pro-rata salary package reflecting school terms.

Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional food experiences? Astrea Academy Sheffield is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations and inspire excellence in every meal served.

Location: Astrea Academy Sheffield
Hours: 37 hours/week (Term-time only, 40 weeks/year)
Salary: £28,374 - £30,506 (Pro-rata)
Working Pattern: 07:00-15:00 Mon-Thu | 07:30-15:00 Fri

About the Role

• Enhancing our food offering and managing multiple dining spaces and sittings
• Supporting staff development and conducting performance reviews
