Job summary

SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL, Ellesmere, Shropshire, is seeking a Catering Manager for a busy secondary school. You will handle food preparation, stock management and lead the kitchen team to deliver quality service.

Hours are 7:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time with three additional cleaning days. The role emphasises compliance and allergen management and on-site operation.
