Job summary

Shire Services is seeking a Catering Manager in a busy primary school in Dudley. Responsibilities include food preparation, stock management and leading the kitchen team, with emphasis on food presentation and service setup. You will oversee compliance and allergen management in a school setting.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:00pm, term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days, totaling 25 hours per week across 44.98 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in school catering preferred.
• Knowledge of allergen management and food safety regulations.
• Able to manage a kitchen team and ensure smooth service.
