Job summary

Shire Services are seeking an enthusiastic Catering Manager for a busy primary school. You will oversee food preparation, stock control, and the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared to high standards and served efficiently.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm, term-time with three additional cleaning days, totaling 35 hours per year 44.98 weeks. You will lead the kitchen team, manage allergens and compliance, and work to maintain a safe, welcoming dining

Job description

Shire Services are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Catering Manager in a busy primary school. Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management. Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 3pm. Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.

35 Hours and 44.98 Weeks Per Year.
