Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good spoken and written English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with serving customers and replenishing stocks.
• Prepare service areas and ensure cleanliness and organisation.
• Set up, serve, clear and store food, beverages or equipment for events.
• Restock consumables and manage waste and recycling as required.
• Be flexible for occasional evenings and weekends for functions.
• Adhere to food hygiene, health & safety policies, and allergen controls.
• Demonstrate reliable, friendly customer service and presentation.
