Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Casual Catering Assistant for our Cambridge site. You will support breakfast, lunch and dinner service, help set up dining areas and assist with food preparation and service while upholding hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering environment and serving customers.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
• Help setting up the dining room for service.
• Prepare food for service following hygiene practices and standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is left clean to required standards.
• Clear, clean and store away items for events and functions.
• Restock stocks during service to support customer service.
• Operate cleaning and dishwashing equipment and clean areas.
• Complete cleaning/hygiene duties as required.
• Interact with customers and client staff.
