Bartlett-Mitchell is hiring a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30, at Pelham National Grid Substation, Stocking Pelham, Hertfordshire. The role emphasizes customer service, cleanliness, and food safety.

You’ll work with a team to deliver excellent service and maintain standards. Ideal candidates have Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2, plus previous customer service experience, merchandising and till skills, and a keen eye

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Good merchandising skills and till experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor counters and chillers to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and well stocked with attention to detail.
• Communicate confidently with customers and respond to feedback.
• Follow procedures to ensure food safety at all times.
