Job summary
BM Caterers is hiring a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant for a full-time role in Stocking Pelham. The position runs Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, at Pelham National Grid Substation in Hertfordshire. Start date is 1st September 2026.
The role involves monitoring counters and chillers, ensuring cleanliness and stock, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates, have customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Certificates: Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2.
- Good merchandising skills and till experience.
- Strong communication and attentive service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor counters and chillers; ensure cleanliness, stocking and presentation.
- Regularly check restaurant areas for consistent cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Listen to instructions from the manager and provide prompt, efficient service; communicate with customers and gain feedback.
