Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Chef for weekend night shifts at our contract catering site. You will prepare meals, follow standard recipes, and ensure timely service while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality, proven chef experience, strong teamwork and customer service, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Weekend night availability and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in contract catering.
• Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day food preparation and duties to meet standards.
• Manage cooking process at assigned station for multiple dishes.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures on site.
• Notify Senior Chefs when inventory is low.
• Work with culinary team to maintain high-quality food and service.
