Job summary

Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes area is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our caring Catering Team at Willen Lake. You will serve customers, take drink and food orders, and assist in basic food preparation including fresh cakes and sandwiches.

We value excellent customer service and a flexible approach; training is provided and a Food Hygiene Level 1 would be desirable. Our team supports high-quality palliative care in a supportive environment with generous leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in catering/front of house is preferred.
• Food hygiene level 1 certificate desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve hot and cold drinks and assist with basic food prep.
• Clear and wash utensils and operate dishwasher.
• Take payments and maintain kitchen hygiene.
