Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Catering Assistant at Campsfield IRC in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The role is permanent full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 5-day rota including weekends. You will support meal service, assist with basic food preparation, and deliver friendly, quality service to residents, staff and visitors.

You will work in a supportive team, maintain high hygiene standards, and gain hospitality skills through training. DBS checks and legal right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene Level 2 certificate desirable; training provided.
• 1–2 years experience in food services or retail desirable.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Basic food preparation such as sandwiches and grab-and-go items.
• Serve students with excellent customer service.
• Stock deliveries and put away stock.
• Serve food and clear tables, bins and trays.
• Clean back and front of house before, during and after service.
