Job summary

Catchwork in Castleford is seeking a friendly Coffee Shop Assistant to join our family-run cafe. You’ll craft barista-style drinks, prepare tasty bites, keep the space clean, and help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Shifts run between 8:00am and 6:00pm with full-time or part-time hours available. Enjoy free food and drinks on shift while working with a supportive, friendly team in a cosy, family atmosphere.

About the Role : You’ll be at the heart of everything we do — from crafting barista-style drinks with love, to preparing delicious bites, keeping things sparkling clean, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

• Serving up quality coffees, teas & barista drinks
• Cooking and prepping simple, tasty food
• Cleaning and keeping things ship-shape
• Chatting with customers and making their day
• All other tasks that keep the coffee flowing and the vibe glowing

Between 8:00am - 6pm :
