Job summary

The Genuine Dining Company in Cambridge is seeking a General Assistant (GA) for our busy front-of-house team. You will deliver excellent coffee and customer service, craft high-quality drinks, maintain a welcoming space, and build strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role rewards teamwork and flexible support across service areas; you will set up the coffee station, handle orders and payments, keep areas clean, and contribute to a positive guest

• Assist in preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays and service areas clean, tidy and well-stocked.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy and inviting.
• Support fellow team members—teamwork is essential.
• Be flexible to assist in other service areas when needed.
