Dunelm’s Pausa coffee shops are seeking a dedicated Coffee Shop Assistant for a minimum 12 hours per week. You’ll be central to delivering great customer experiences, serving beverages and food, and keeping areas clean and welcoming.

Your local store is looking for a minimum 12hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. You'll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it's a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you'll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It's a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft. What you'll be doing Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

• Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
