Robertson Facilities Management is seeking a friendly Catering Assistant to support kitchen operations and front-of-house service within our team. You’ll assist in food preparation, handle general kitchen duties, set up hospitality rooms for events and ensure high standards of hygiene and customer care.

You’ll work with colleagues to deliver quality service, follow safety policies, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in line with current legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food environment is beneficial.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

As a Catering Assistant with Robertson Facilities Management, your key responsibilities include:

• Working in the kitchen on food preparation
• General kitchen duties & working front of house serving customers
• Setting hospitality rooms for functions & serving hospitality buffets
• Maintaining and conforming to standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with current legislation
• Providing excellent customer service is adhered to and all relevant policies and procedures are followed

If you've had previous experience in a food environment, this could be the job for you. From preparing and serving meals, to cleaning tables and equipment, you'll be a true team player and share the highest standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
