Job summary

Aramark in Leuchars, UK, is recruiting a Catering Assistant to support daily food service operations in a high-volume environment. You will handle till transactions, serve meals, and maintain cleanliness and safety in busy kitchen and service areas.

The role offers £12.71 per hour for 35 hours per week across 5 days in a 7-day rota, with a clear path for development within a global organisation and access to staff benefits and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume catering environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working within the catering department to support daily food service operations.
• Operating POS till systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Serving meals and providing excellent customer service.
• Preparing cold food items including salads, sandwiches, and grab-and-go products.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and catering equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen and service areas.
• Assisting with stock replenishment and stock rotation.
• Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider catering team to ensure efficient service delivery.
