Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Seevic USP College, Benfleet, SS7 1TW
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 4 days per week, 10:00am - 3:00pm
Term Time Only: Yes - 30 working weeks per year (paid for 33.607 weeks)
Salary: £8,206.83 per annum (equated hourly rate: £7.86)

We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and professional catering team at Seevic USP College in Benfleet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role and wants to be part of a vibrant college environment.

What You\'ll Be Doing

In this role, you\'ll be supporting the daily food and beverage service, including:

• Providing excellent customer service to students and staff
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Preparing and serving food and drinks, including Starbucks beverages
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the catering area

What We\'re Looking For

• Strong communication and time management skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in catering or customer service is helpful but not essential
