Job description

FPR Group's Brighton Catering & Hospitality division is now recruiting for the upcoming busy Conference & Events season.

We are looking for experienced plate waiting and bar staff, with excellent communication skills, the ability to give great customer service, who are smart in appearance and have a zest for working within the Catering & Hospitality Sector. There will be a mixture of bartending, plate waiting and porter shifts on offer at a range of venues in and around the Brighton area.

Experience is preferred for plate waiting and essential for bar work, so you can hit the ground running with some of our prestigious clients. You would need to provide your own tailored black trousers, long sleeved, collared black shirt which fastens with a top button and smart black formal shoes. Some clients will require a white shirt too.
