Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and appropriately to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• To behave in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• To ensure that information provided is accurate, timely and appropriate ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• To ensure that the work area is clean, tidy and safe by following the relevant Health & Safety, fire and security precautions and regulations as laid down by the Trust.
• Administrative work is prioritised and completed within prescribed timescales.
• Process and maintain salary returns and timesheet records ensuring they are completed and sent to payroll on the given date.
• To inform all staff regarding training and to ensure they attend. Input all data onto the training file spread sheet.
• Maintain sickness records both electronically and hard copy
• Receive calls for all hospitality bookings and inform staff to when functions are required.
• Booking all repairs and yearly maintenance for all kitchen equipment.
• Checking all invoices and delivery notes to ensure no overpayments
