Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Patient Catering Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Trust catering, with a focus on quality, safety and cost effectiveness.

You will supervise back-of-house functions, work closely with clinical teams and dieticians, and help develop strategic plans and policies to ensure delivery of high standard patient catering across sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running and delivery of high quality Patient catering service across the Trust.
• Supervise/manage all aspects of back of house departments.
• Ensure effective communication between clinical team and catering department.
