You will oversee operational budgets, lead front-line catering teams, and deputise for the Senior Account Manager when needed. DBS and right-to-work checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Qualification in catering or service-related field.
• Experience in catering operations, contract management or account management.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-site service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in customer organisations.
• Manage contracts and support tendering to retain and grow business.
• Monitor delivery of catering services across multiple sites against targets.
• Lead and develop front-line catering teams across your areas of responsibility.
• Deputise for the Senior Account Manager when required.
