Job summary

Vertas Group is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to oversee catering operations across multiple sites in Nottinghamshire. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:30am to 2:00pm and a mobility requirement between sites.

About the Role:

Based across Nottinghamshire, you will be working 7:30am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. As a Mobile Head of Kitchen, you will support multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications.
• Managing day to day kitchen operations across multiple sites.
• Supervising and supporting catering colleagues.
• Monitoring food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
