You will lead site teams, drive financial performance, support tenders and identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts while upholding food safety and company standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering operations, area or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and support tender submissions to retain and win business.
• Ensure high quality catering services across multiple locations.
• Drive service performance and customer satisfaction, with continuous improvement.
• Manage operational budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Lead and develop catering teams and support recruitment and training.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow accounts.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships.
• Deputise for Senior Account Manager when required.
