Job description

Job Title: Customer Support Manager

Location: Telford (office based with travel to customer sites)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: Circa £, plus excellent benefits

Overview

Are you proficient in Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in FMCG Customer Services? Do you want to work for a global organization where you'll be valued, receive excellent training, and have great benefits and prospects? If yes, please read on.

Objective

Your main goal will be to build customer category insight presentations and provide the Sales team and customers with excellent analysis and information.

Key Duties
  1. Coordinate and execute product development launches internally and externally within budget and on time.
  2. Deliver plans to optimize performance in line with budgets.
  3. Create and deliver product landscape reviews and build action plans.
  4. Create and deliver category insight plans for customers.
  5. Manage customer complaints effectively.
  6. Develop and prepare presentations for customers, product meetings, and trade fairs.
  7. Participate in the tender process with the Sales team.
  8. Support customer audits and lead follow-up actions.
  9. Assist with forecasting, costing, stock management, and sales analysis internally.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous marketing or product development experience within an FMCG organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high data accuracy.
  • Good English business skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
