Category Manager | Chilled Food | Supermarket Retail

In the role of Buying Manager, you will be accountable for a category that sits within their extensive chilled offering. Working closely with suppliers and the in-house NPD team, you will drive the range and offering to ensure our client stays at the forefront of the UK market.

Responsibilities:

4. Review suppliers and negotiate trading terms.
5. Ensure supply continuity and product availability.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Food-based buying background, ideally within supermarkets, convenience, or food service.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the chilled food category.
3. Experience in a complex, constantly changing food retail environment.
