Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is hiring a CategoryDevelopment Manager to drive Gillette category growth across specified UK stores. You will own category strategy, influence stock availability, ensure compliant back-of-house processes and drive superior in-store execution within your territory.

You will lead with data from Field View, build strong retailer relationships and deliver trainings on new products and initiatives to store colleagues, while pursuing continued sales improvements and category

Qualifications

• Experience in developing category strategies to grow sales.
• Knowledge of grocery and high-street retail environments.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Execute the grooming category strategy to the highest standard.
• Influence availability through collaboration with in-store teams.
• Ensure back-of-house processes, product protection and system compliance.
• Improve inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and root-cause analysis.
• Keep grooming fixtures compliant to planograms (SELs, facings, capacities).
• Be the main Gillette contact, building store relationships.
• Conduct business reviews with store managers to drive growth.
• Use Field View to analyse performance and create actionable plans.
• Share category insights to drive engagement and results.
• Deliver high-quality training on products and initiatives.
