Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Category Development Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover, responsible for a wide tier of key accounts across BA1-BA14 and BS postcodes. You will be the face of Oral B, Olay and Braun in stores, delivering category strategies and strong relationships with store teams.

You will influence availability, manage stock accuracy, and ensure planogram compliance while delivering training and insights to support regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Electrical, Beauty & Skincare category strategy to the highest standard.
• Influence availability through a consultative, collaborative approach with in-store teams.
• Ensure robust back-of-house processes, product protection and system compliance.
• Improve inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure EBS fixtures are compliant to planograms (SELs, facings, capacities).
• Act as the key contact for Oral B, Olay & Braun, building strong store relationships.
• Conduct business reviews with store managers to drive growth.
• Use Field View to analyse performance and create actionable plans.
• Share category insights and trends to drive engagement and results.
• Deliver high-quality training to store colleagues on products and category knowledge.
