Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of fast-track casualty claims (EL/PL/disease).
• Assist Partners and Directors on high-value, complex cases.
• Draft court documents and attend hearings; meet deadlines.
• Conduct liability investigations and gather evidence.
• Review medical records and related documents.
• Maintain case management system and client reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of client MI, data, and billing.
• Maintain high standards of client care.
