Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in legal, insurance or professional services is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening and maintaining case files accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing, reviewing and processing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Updating case management systems and ensuring data is recorded accurately.
• Monitoring and managing key deadlines.
• Assisting fee earners with file administration throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Supporting financial administration, including trust balances and billing-related activities where required.
• Liaising with clients, third parties and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
